Geothermal heating and cooling technology is some of the most efficient in the industry and is taking the nation by storm. The average person can effectively heat and cool there home simply by utilizing the energy stored underground and making it work for you.
We are an area leader in geothermal installation and service. Our FHP geo systems, combined with our unique loop design, set our installations apart from the rest. The average geo installation performs efficiently down to about 30 degrees before the electric heat assist kicks in to make up what the geo can't do at that temp. These electric heat strips, though necessary at very low temps, are very costly to run. You can lose all of your savings over a gas furnace very quickly if your system is not designed correctly. Some area installers will try to get by with the minimum number of ground loops required for that system. Other installers have even been known to use less loops than required to keep the total cost of the installation below the competition. That is a terrible situation to find yourself in as the homeowner. The all important factor when designing a geo system is that it must stay off of electric heat as much as possible. We incorporate an extra geo loop in all of our installations allowing our systems, in most cases, to stay off of strip heat until 0 deg or below. Essentially running the system 90% of the time with no electric assist. As long as this system stays off of electric heat it cost virtually nothing to run.
We also provide our customers with a 100% 5yr warranty on parts AND LABOR. Yes we cover the labor too, unlike our competition. We stand behind our equipment and we are not satisfied with the job until you are.
